The desire to keep her beckons...
But she goes for a crocodile's tooth -
a dowry only the brave pays.
I want to be Caesar too,
but to wash feeble feet?
A school I detest...
The mines abase my beauty,
yet I desire to be engraved on great fortunes -
here I am, a lazy dreamer...
Dining with angels is the utmost,
yet death steals the joy -
how the gold died the most death to shine...
Here the owl sees it all,
"Attend your classes" he said -
"nothing priceless is indeed without a price"
